Note that the eligibility criteria are as below:
1. The line should be registered under national ID/ Iqama.
2. The customer must have a high financial capability, as determined by the company’s policy.
3. The customer’s account must be active for a minimum of 6 months.
4. The customer’s status should be active with a commitment to paying their due bills on time in the last 3 billing cycles before service suspension.
5. The total billed amounts on the customer’s account in the last 6 billing cycles should be 1050 SAR or more.
6. The customer’s ID should not have any outstanding amounts.
7. The maximum available for device installment is one smartphone and one accessory device or two accessory devices per customer (ID).
8. The customer must be subscribed to one of Mobily’s postpaid packages (100 – 200 – 300 – 400) and the main line for the Family Postpaid package
