*FUP: Main RAQI line and multi-SIMs will share 9 GB/Day FUP. Any Additional RAQI family will add 3 GB/Day to reach a maximum of 18 GB/Day. Once the FUP is reached, the speed will drop to 1 MB.

Exclusive package tailored for RAQI customers’ family for only 172.5 SAR (VAT inclusive).
RAQI Family package will give your family the following benefits:
- Unlimited local minutes
- Unlimited local internet (Shared from main RAQI line)
Package Terms & Conditions:
- RAQI customer can issue up to 3 lines for 172.5 SAR per package.
- With each new RAQI family line an additional 3 GB will be added to the total FUP of main RAQI line to reach the maximum of 18 GB/day.
- If main RAQI line loses their benefits all RAQI family lines will automatically lose the unlimited internet.
To activate the internet sharing please ask the agent, or send an SMS to 100 from the Main RAQI line containing D followed by RAQI family number under the same ID. Example: D 05XXXXXXX

Have the privilege to obtain a device with the available plans upon subscription.
The plans includes:
- Up to 7200 SAR with 24 bill cycle commitment.
- Up to 5400 SAR with 18 bill cycle commitment.
- Up to 3600 SAR with 12 bill cycle commitment.
- Subject to customer’s SIMAH score.
- Subject to Advance payment, from 2 to 4 advance payments.
- The payments will be deposited to cover the customer’s bills.
Current RAQI Customers
After the first 12 bill cycles can obtain a device with one of the available plans.
- 7200 and 5400 SAR plans are subject to customer’s SIMAH score.
- 3600 SAR plan does not require SIMAH check.
- By the end of the current commitment the customer is allow to get a new device.
New RAQI Customers (Cash back)
Within the first 12 bill cycle the customer can benefit from cash back program by paying full device amount and getting back a monthly repayments for up to 3600 SAR.
- Full device payment must be paid.
- The maximum cash back amount is 3600 SAR distributed on 12 bill cycles.
- Cash Back cannot be combined with subsidy.
- No SIMAH check is required.
RAQI customer can get their device through Mobily e-shop at https://mobily.im/raqi-shop (Only for customers after 12 months or after device commitment ends)
Neqaty Program
- Only RAQI customers will have access to Higher Tiers of 25,000 and 30,000.
- RAQI customers can get the bill discount up to SAR 2,500.
- RAQI customers can get the partner rewards up to SAR 1,800
- RAQI customers does not have any limit on redemptions and can do multiple redemptions in a month (Subject to points’ availability).
- Only RAQI customer earn 10,000 points upon inviting new customers to Raqi package
- RAQI Customer can earn points for his travel bookings over Booking.com by using: https://mobily.im/Booking
